This notice describes the Travel Tribe implementation. It must be reviewed with YatraMatrix legal and production retention requirements before public launch.
Data we use
Verified phone, profile choices, community posts, consent records, trip enquiries, payment status, safety reports and private messages are processed to provide the requested feature. Public like and view counts are not displayed.
Sharing and processors
Trip information is shared with the YatraMatrix CRM. Configured processors may include Interakt for WhatsApp OTP, Cloudflare for media, and Cashfree for payments. We do not sell private messages or manufacture engagement.
Your controls
You can change companion discovery, personalized promotion and AI-content choices inside Safety controls. You can block or report an account and request account deletion from the app.
Retention and security
Community data is removed or anonymized when an account is deleted. Payment, fraud, tax or booking records may be retained where law requires it. Production uses encrypted transport, restricted credentials and auditable access.
